The owners of the Townhouse (Los Angeles’ 2nd longest running liquor licensed bar) wanted to breathe the original classic atmosphere back into the decades of unguided layering that had occurred onsite. Through careful preservation and new design, the dodgey-lodge was transformed into a stately turn-of-the-last-century time capsule. Sitting atop the famed Del Monte Speakeasy, the Townhouse serves as a true Venice Beach, CA landmark and has delighted its owners with new waves of big business.
